If you like the look of my work and would like to hire me to do some for you see below. Please be advised while I do have extensive experience and plenty of spare time, I do also have a ‘real’ job and my turnaround times for projects are not great for those in a last minute kit rush. If you have a sewing, embroidery or other craft project that isn’t something I’ve already covered in my blog just get in contact, I love a challenge!
Embroidery and needlework
I can do garment trims, pillows, mantles, wall drapery and more. I have extensive experience in opus anglicanum and bayex style work, and a particular fondness for 100% infill garment trims.
Garment sewing; construction, repair.
I can make most any medieval clothing, from simple tunics to fitted gardcorps. I also have experience with other periods, just ask.
I can also repair or resize garments using authentic hand techniques.
Patterning
If you have the sewing skills, but need a pattern to work from I can help. I can draft patterns for most eras, to your exact measurements either to a draft scale for you to expand yourself or full scale to be posted to you.
